Users and customers must be legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable Indian law.
Where a participant is a minor, appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian may be required.
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to WBC is accurate, complete, current and genuine.
4. Affiliate Partner Programme
WBC may offer an affiliate-partner programme under which eligible persons may promote specified products or services and receive commissions or other benefits according to the applicable affiliate terms.
Participation as an affiliate does not constitute employment, partnership, joint venture or guaranteed income unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Affiliate partners are responsible for complying with applicable laws, advertising requirements and WBC's affiliate policies.
Affiliate partners must not make false, misleading, exaggerated or unauthorised claims regarding WBC, its products, services, business opportunities or income potential.
WBC may suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship where reasonably necessary due to fraud, misconduct, unlawful activity, misleading representations or material breach of applicable terms, subject to applicable law.
5. No Guaranteed Affiliate Income
Income Is Not Guaranteed
Participation in an affiliate programme does not guarantee any particular income, commission, sales, customers, profits, leads or return on investment.
Results depend on the individual's skills, effort, marketing ability, network, market conditions, customer demand, competition, compliance and numerous other factors.
6. Franchise Partner Programme
WBC may offer franchise or franchise-partner opportunities subject to separate franchise documentation and applicable terms.
A franchise opportunity does not guarantee revenue, profits, customers, business success, recovery of investment or a particular return on investment unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.
Business performance may depend on:
- Location
- Local market demand
- Competition
- Pricing
- Marketing expenditure
- Partner effort
- Management capability
- Staffing
- Economic conditions
- Customer behaviour
- Regulatory conditions
- Other factors beyond WBC's reasonable control
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, WBC does not guarantee recovery of the franchise investment or a particular level of business income.
7. Independent Business Relationship
Unless expressly agreed in writing, an affiliate partner, franchise partner or business-opportunity participant is not an employee of WBC.
Participation does not automatically create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee relationship or agency relationship.
Partners shall not represent themselves as employees or legal representatives of WBC except to the extent expressly authorised.
8. Training and Educational Services
WBC provides educational and training programmes designed to develop knowledge and practical skills.
Training may include classroom instruction, online instruction, demonstrations, assignments, projects, practical exercises, software demonstrations and other learning activities.
Individual results vary depending on prior knowledge, attendance, participation, effort, aptitude, practice, self-study, technical ability and other individual factors.
WBC does not guarantee that a participant will achieve a particular level of proficiency or professional competence.
9. Accounting, SAP FICO and SAP MM Training
Accounting, SAP FICO and SAP MM courses are educational programmes intended to develop knowledge and practical skills.
Course completion does not guarantee:
- Employment
- A particular salary
- A particular job title
- Promotion
- Professional certification
- Employer selection
- Career advancement
SAP is a third-party brand and technology. Unless expressly stated otherwise, WBC does not represent itself as an official SAP certification authority or representative.
10. No Job or Employment Guarantee
Employment Is Not Guaranteed
Enrolment in or completion of any WBC course does not guarantee employment, a job offer, placement, salary, promotion, internship, career advancement or any particular career outcome.
Employment depends upon the individual's qualifications, educational background, skills, experience, portfolio, communication skills, interview performance, employer requirements, availability of vacancies, market conditions and other factors.
WBC shall not be responsible merely because a student does not obtain employment after completing a course.
Any information regarding jobs, salaries, career prospects, industry demand or employment opportunities is informational only and must not be interpreted as a guarantee of employment.
11. Internship Opportunities
WBC may expressly advertise or communicate an internship opportunity as part of a particular course or programme.
An internship is different from employment and does not guarantee a permanent job, salary, promotion or future employment.
Internship-Specific Refund
Where WBC has expressly promised an internship position as part of a particular course or programme and WBC is unable to provide the promised internship position for any reason, the customer's exclusive monetary remedy shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be a refund of:
Fifteen Thousand Indian Rupees only.
The purchaser expressly agrees that, subject to applicable law, this ₹15,000 refund shall be the complete monetary remedy specifically for WBC's inability to provide the expressly promised internship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBC shall not be liable for any additional compensation, damages, loss of income, expected salary, loss of employment opportunity, business opportunity, inconvenience, consequential loss or other monetary claim arising solely from the non-provision of the promised internship.
By purchasing a course that expressly includes an internship promise, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this limitation to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The internship may be subject to eligibility requirements, attendance, completion of coursework, conduct, performance, availability and requirements imposed by an internship provider.
12. Internship Does Not Guarantee Employment
Participation in an internship does not create an employer-employee relationship between the participant and WBC unless a separate written employment agreement expressly establishes such relationship.
Completion of an internship does not guarantee:
- A permanent job
- A paid position
- A particular salary
- Employment with the internship provider
- Future employment

Investment and trading in securities involve risk. Participants may lose some or all of their invested capital.
Unless WBC is separately registered and authorised under applicable securities laws to provide regulated investment advisory or other regulated services, educational content should not be interpreted as personalised investment advice, portfolio management, investment recommendations or a guarantee of trading profits.

Any historical examples, illustrations, hypothetical calculations or examples of profits or returns are for educational purposes only and do not represent guaranteed future results.
15. Business Opportunity Disclaimer
Any affiliate, franchise or other business opportunity offered by WBC involves commercial and financial risk.
No representation should be interpreted as a guarantee that a participant will recover an investment or achieve a particular income.
Business performance depends on execution, investment, location, market demand, competition, customer behaviour, marketing, management, economic conditions and other factors.
16. Income and Earnings Representations
No person associated with WBC is authorised to represent that participation in a programme will produce guaranteed income or profits unless expressly stated in an applicable written agreement and permitted by law.
Examples of earnings, sales, commissions, profits or business results represent individual experiences and should not be understood as typical or guaranteed results.
Prospective participants should conduct their own due diligence before making a financial or business commitment.
17. Course Fees and Payments
Fees shall be communicated through the applicable course page, quotation, invoice, registration form, proposal or agreement.
Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to advertised prices.
Payment provides access only to the services and deliverables expressly included in the purchased programme.
18. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility shall depend upon the applicable course, service, agreement and refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Fees for services already substantially provided may not be refundable.
- Non-attendance does not automatically create a right to a refund.
- Failure to complete coursework does not automatically create a right to a refund.
- Third-party fees, examination fees, software fees, registration fees and external charges may be non-refundable.
- Promotional, discounted or special-offer fees may be subject to separate refund conditions.

19. Course Schedule and Trainer Changes
WBC may reasonably change trainers, schedules, classrooms, online platforms, course materials, session timings or delivery methods where necessary.
